A bedroom directed on the inner courtyard, with bed in 140 cms, very comfortable, and a very spacious bathroom provided with a wide granite washbasin (height 85cm), of a shower of plain foot squared by 1.10 m with bars of preservation and of one toilet also equipped with bars of preservation, with on each side more of 1m of clearance the quite accessible in wheelchair. All the accesses of the house are in flat slopes for the comfort of circulation and the access to the swimming pool ease thanks to a high edge and a wide beach where we can easily stretch out to take advantage of the freshness of the water.
