Hello ! My name is Gérard . 30 years of experience in kitchen ! Yes i am chef and i traveling around the world long time , so i have a special vue of cooking , a lot of creative feeling for mixte food and specialy spice ...I never doing the seme meal befor is loosing time for me ...I love Taïland food , Japonese to and i us in my french way.
